Fiery Furniture

Courtesy Santa Fe Modern

Fallen pine from the 2000 Cerro Grande fire in Los Alamos County has since reappeared as end tables by Santa Fe artist Munson Hunt. Cut and milled at local lumberyard Spotted Owl Timber, and stained and sealed with products from non-toxic Santa Fe paint company BioShield, the tables embody the spirit of creativity in a locally made, recycled, and attractive conversation piece.
