Santa Fe Film Festival
At the ninth annual Santa Fe Film Festival, a smorgasbord of movies not usually on hand in our small city plays December 3–7 in venues around town. More than 150 features and shorts selected from almost 1,000 entries will be screened, including Santa Fe resident Alan Arkin’s made-in-New Mexico comedy Sunshine Cleaning. Plus, a lounge at Warehouse 21 stays open all day for festival-goers to relax and interact, nightly happy hours rock Hotel Santa Fe, and the Milagro Awards ceremony takes place at the Scottish Rite Temple (463 Paseo de Peralta), December 6 at 4 pm. Tickets: $10/film, all films $300, all-festival pass $450, 505-989-1495, santafefilmfestival.com
